Individual Therapy

At Supportive Directions, we offer a safe space for children (5+), teens, and young adults navigating life's complexities. Our experienced therapists provide both in-person and virtual sessions, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, social pressures, and significant life changes. We combine empathy with practical skills to foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Additionally, we offer Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) when clinically appropriate. Whether you are a teen facing unique challenges, a young adult adapting to new responsibilities, or a parent looking for support for your child (ages 5 and up), we'll work together to help you build healthy relationships and guide your life in a positive direction.

Through both in-person and virtual sessions, we work collaboratively with you to foster understanding, develop effective communication strategies, and build resilience and/or resolution within your relationships. Our goal is to empower you to create the supportive and loving environment you deserve.
